Very rare Japanese species with 3-parted leaves and ‘ears’ on the brownish spathe. It sends out short underground stems that produce new corms making colonies. Corms are always small as it is a smaller plant. Makes a cute rock garden or trough plant. Requires rich humus soil, not to dry. Easy Arisaema to grow for Zones 5-9
