Description

Ginger-leaf False Bugbane Evergreen glossy leaves that look all the world like an asarum, but with flowers much more like a thalictrum or cimicifuga. Hailing from China, this will make a nice groundcover over time. We have friends in Michigan growing this so it is zone 5 hardy, probably benefiting from a little mulching and coddling the first year. This has a lot of potential and should make an amazing addition the woodland garden. Zones 6a-8b, although you may be able to pull it thru zone 5 with improved drainage and good winter cover, i.e., light mulching and or snow cover

Note: These are small plants this year but we wanted to offer them in hopes that there might be some people still interested even in a bit smaller size.
