The bright yellow, fern-like tips are characteristic of more mature foliage, resembling filled-out fans that curve gently downward. The inner growth looks more like juvenile foliage, the opposite of what you might expect. This striking, slow growing sport has a pyramidal habit and appreciates protection from extremes.
