Beautiful mountain serrata with large lace cap flowers that go from cream white to shades of hot pink. This mountain plant does bloom on new wood. Shorter at 2-3ft than most serrata. I have several of these planted in my Zone 5 Indiana garden and have seen them bloom even after the first 3″ of the tips being frozen solid.
