(Japan nr) Medium Hideko Gowen picked this stunning kikutii selection to bring from Japan. Blue spear shaped leaves with very irregular streaks of yellow. Hosta kikutii ‘Hyuga Urajiro’ is one of the few stable, streaked Hostas. There is a very silver coloration on the undersides of the leaves. Hosta kikutii ‘Hyuga Urajiro’ is an excellent choice for tough soil conditions as most H. kikutii are very tolerant of dry, poor soils. Photo: Andrew Brand
