Claude Shride Martagon Lily To see a big clump of this martagon is to see why martagons have gained in popularity. This magnificent martagon has deep red to brick red flowers with dark orange centers that retain their color well. The foliage is a darker green than most martagons, and is quite attractive. Vigorous and sturdy in habit, making amazing clumps over time, with a high bud count. Buds are very interesting prior to bloom ranging from white to yellow before opening. Clumps up well and is a must-have. 4’+ Zones 4-7
