Snow Dragon Japanese False Solomon’s Seal Form of Smilacina japonica that starts the season with a light yellow margin that fades to creamy white during the year. The arching stems have alternating leaves and each stem can grow to about 12″ in height. At the end of each stem is a plume of white flowers followed by red berries in fall. False Solomon’s seals create rhizomes that eventually spread over time create a small patch. Partial shade in moist well draining soil is best. Hardy zones 4-8
